      things are getting better

day 23. for the last 4 days or so my avg speed test been about 4.0 mb or above.
1st 2 weeks were fast during day with melt down at night. then i had 3-4 days stuck at 1mb day and night,
a call to c/s tier 1 seemed to have done the trick. as within 24hrs speed went up and seems stable. just done a speed test of 4.2mb. about an hour ago got 2.4mb but did another straight after and back to 4mb
      so fingers crosssed now
to all them still suffering hang on in there, hopefully things will improve.

Thanks for letting us know, the main problem with CONNECT is the 10 day training period, people don't realise the effects that the training has on their connections.

I think we need a definitive what to expect during the first 10 days sticky or something

i guess my worst time was from day 11 to 15 or there abouts.
that was the t ime i went down to 1mb for a few days
it seems strange that the day after the call to t1 things improved. a coincidence or what ?
i was told t2 would call within 5 days nothing yet but not that bothered at the moment
      speed test at 22.54 539kbs
