I am going to Throttle Sky

I have been connected with Sky since 28th September, I phoned sky tonight to ask why I was connecting at only 2.8 meg so i did a reboot and then could not log into router, tried everything and still nothing so was put through to provisioning and he said you can't be connected as it says your order was cancelled on the 6th September which I know but it wasn't me . I explained what happen on the 28th Spetember and all the Guy at Sky said was we need to get BT to cease the line on your exchange . so I am going to have to wait a) because Router knackered due to 5 powercuts in 4 weeks and b) as sky aren't connected to me somehow but for the mo am on my ****** router until ceased .

      Rant Over.

That's because a sky engineers PRIMARY roll is the TV & BBand secondary. And therefore have only been given BASIC BBand install skills training!
