      from dial up to sky bb

      hi guys wonder if u could confirm to me whever ib been informed correctly from sky they told me this morning when i ordered my router that when it arrives in five days all i need to do is intstall the equipment on to my pc and off i got i seen a lot of threads mentioning mac codes well i dont need one cos im on dial up at the mo so is it a case of install and go or av i got to wait for them to do wotever they do at the exchange????

      Once you are connected at the exchange then you can simply follow the guide here.

      You can follow the progress of your order for the exchange work here - you will need to log-in to your BT online account.
