      Outgoing mail will not send

      Hello from sunny France. My mail has worked well up till now but for some reason, the campsite we are now on, my outgoing wont send from my ipad or iPhone unless I log in through sky.com. If I do that, I can't send attachments like pics.

      My incoming setting is imap.tools.sky.com and outgoing is smtp.tools.sky.com

      Is there another setting I should add for outgoing?

      I've set-up my Sky Email now via the Yahoo settings on my iPhone/iPad. When you set-up a new account, click the Yahoo icon but enter your Sky details, that way your Sky account uses the Yahoo SMTP server which works when not on your home Sky network.

      I think you may have to find out the outgoing server for the site and change to it on your phone, if they will permit you. You obviously will not be able to use sky's smtp serves in France.

      It may also work if you enter your Sky username and password into the SMTP settings.

      Thanks for replies. Still not working but no great problem. Probably be fine when we move on.
