Broadband & Talk gone past activation date

      Morning

      Can anybody help me please?
We went from TalkTalk to Sky for telephone and broadband. Got the router through with the activation date of yesterday 29/8/13.
I waitied until i was home from work, around 6pm, and did the changeover.
It all connected fine, had internet, had the phone....happy days! Changed all the connections on our devices...no problem.
Then around 8pm I lost the connection. No smiley face of the router, no phone signal...nothing.
I unplugged everything did it all again. Still nothing.
      Same this morning.

      Any ideas?

      Cheers
      Mark

If the 'smiley face' is not lighting up at all it means there is no ADSL signal on your line or the router is faulty. You will have to call Sky asap and alert them to the problem, don't be put off by them saying you have have to wait 10 days, if you are not connecting it will not matter how long you wait, it not going to fix itself.

Re: Broadband & Talk gone past activation date

      Hi
I have just had a live chat with a Sky advisor who informs me we will get a callback (on a mobile after I pointed out we had no telephone line!) regarding the problem/delay. Also I logged into the account only to find a delay is on the order tracking, but we've never been made aware of it!
      Cheers
