      Heyhey...Im back on dial up.

After being connected to mid on Thursday, I could only access about 2 sites.

I managed to connect through a proxy, and got access to all sites.

This morning I cant even do that. There is nothing, sure I have a steady green light but thats it.

Called tech support who say it will be 5 days before anyone can call me to sort.

      What a wonderful service.

You've done the obvious and rebooted the router (power it off for a couple of minutes)?

If you log into the router, what are your connection stats?

indeed more info required, when did they say it was provisioned?, did they run a swish if so what was outcome?, what are the connection stats in router saying?, are you on the master socket or an extension?.

you have filters on all points in your house? so and so forth. the more info you provide the more we can try solve it for you cheers.
