      Change in Speed

      Hi Guys

      My connection has dropped from 16000kbs to 3000kbs and keeps dropping in and out. Often detects no broadband on the line. On sky unlimited normal broadband. No crackling on phone line etc and no change in setup going straight into filter in main line. Have they just simply capped my line or could there be issues with my exchange etc. I will try post a screenshot from my router later.

      Any ideas greatly appreciated.

      no cap has been applied except by dlm software this will drop speed if problems occur on the line , could be exchange issue more likely is noise/interference on the line post the router stats

      appears line has been reduced by dlm to cope with issues do the usual swap filters and check from test socket , watch for noise margin if its changing constantly would indicate interfernce also if goes higher after changing setup then have removed issue , no changes in is call sky support for line testing
