      Speed problem solved

      i recently posted on this forum regarding my drop in speeds of 14mb to 1mb. After trying changing the filters, re-setting the modem and powering the modem down i finally decided to phone Sky to try and sort it out. The first solution they recommended was to remove the line from the filter to the BB box and then to reconnect it. All this is to be done while the power is still on. This allowed my connection to re-connect at the higher speed.

      I hope this can help any others who have experienced similar problems...

      It means that when you re-connected, The modem was Re-Synced to a higher speed :thumbs-up
