    BT Activation

      BT Activation

      Apart from creating an account with BT to see if an order to activate your phone line for sky broadband has been raised -is there any OTHER way this can be chased up?
      I have called sky 3 times this week who said they would chase the activation with BT but every time i have been told it hasn't been done and they would chase it again?

      I have rung BT who informed me that you cannot talk to somebody regarding this matter?

      Any ideas?

      To check the details of a specific BT order, if you know the order or project number, go to BT Tracker site and enter the number.

      If you do not know the order or project number then logging-in to your BT account online will show all orders for that and all registered accounts.

      Failing all the above try BT Wholesale Marker Helpdesk on 0800 169 0934.

      If you dial 150 from your telephone and follow the prompts, I think it is 4 for other then 1 for outstanding orders, it will tell you if there is an outstanding order on your line. If it is your sky activations, the message will say something like 'this has been placed by a third party, contact them'
