Ive rung them 2-3 times a week since sept 11th, they just pass me round the call center, then tell me they'll ring me back... and dont!
On hold for over 4 hours last month...

I too am on the Blackburn Exchange.......

Got my letter of order confirmation last Monday (16/10) and await the router with baited breath...

Was hopeful it would be this week

Time to step up the complaint a gear then. Write a complaint in Word (or similar), then email it to James Murdoch (email address in another thread) and follow it up with a hard copy sent recorded.

Also, call them and urge them to refer you to a 'service recovery team'. Tbh, sounds like they should've already done that.

I've been waiting since 20th Sept and have now done all of the above.

      Hi,
I have been told by Sky that there has been a problem with the Blackburn Exchange since the beggining of September. So why did they allow me to connect to them on 18th September, knowing that there was a problem. I have now reported them to trading standards as my connection is down and I believe they haven't provided the service they offered. I wish I hadn't bother moving to them. I have been offline for 9 days and counting, and its very frustrating having to go to a friends house to use his connection (with Tesco). i have no date when it will be fixed and i'm tied into a 12 month contract !! arrrrrrrrrrrgghhhhh.
