      No broadband or phone since 2pm. SE16. Surrey Quays area.

      It was working fine this morning but just stopped some time after lunch. No phone or internet. Turned it off and on numerous times and restarted devices.No change. Please advise.

      It might be worth a quick 10 second call to sky using your mobile.

      The last time i had an outage, i was immediately redirected to a recorded message stating how they were aware of the (exchange) problem & when it should be resolved.

      I guess you'd have to have registered the mobile number on your account for that to work though.

      If you look on saynoto0870.com, there's a geographical alternative to that number (which still works, looks like Sky have finally given up blocking all the alternative numbers now) which will not cost you anything if you ring Sky using a mobile and you are on pay monthly.

      Oops, forgot about that.

      At least one of the alternative numbers does indeed work.
