Asus N65U Need help setting up with Sagem router on Sky and error message regarding DDNS

      Hi,

I have recently bought an Asus N65U router which hass to be connected via a wan port as far a I can tell and when I have connected it and get access to the internet (I am writing from it now) I get an error message saying "This router maybe in the multiple-NAT environment and DDNS cannot work in this environment"

Can anyone help with this and any further help on how to setup the AIcloud service to best work on the Sky broadband Sagem Fast router with this Asus N65U router.

      Many thanks

      Matt

You could try connecting using an ethernet port instead of the WAN port. This would take you out of the double NAT situation but I don't know if the app would work in this way. Your alternate would be to buy a stand alone modem.
