Max died 8 days ago no tier 3

My Max died 8 days ago (after a week of solid service) and despite constant nagging tier 1 I've had no tier 3 contact or indication of any progress.

Connecting my old modem shows that an ADSL2+ link is found, training starts is dropped and then the whole thing starts over a few minutes later. It is not even synching with the exchange. Nothing changed my end so I suspect it could be Sky's gear in the exchange.

I'm almost to the point of telling Sky that I'm rejecting the product under the Sales of Goods act as the service is not of merchandisible quality.

Any idea how to get tier 3 to contact me or what the problem is ?

phone support and demand to speak to a supervisor and tell them it is unacceptable and you would be taking it further if no help is forthcoming
