According to the BT web site, on the 12th I had the LLU setup then on the 18th I had the old IP Stream ceased.

However, this is what my old Safecom router says about it and the sky one says something similar.

Before the CEASE:
Connection Status Connected
Us Rate (Kbps) 448
Ds Rate (Kbps) 7616
US Margin 28
DS Margin 8
Trained Modulation GDMT
LOS Errors 0
DS Line Attenuation 38
US Line Attenuation 21
Peak Cell Rate 1056 cells per sec

After the CEASE:
Connection Status Connected
Us Rate (Kbps) 448
Ds Rate (Kbps) 7616
US Margin 28
DS Margin 7
Trained Modulation GDMT
LOS Errors 0
DS Line Attenuation 38
US Line Attenuation 21
Peak Cell Rate 1056 cells per sec

And when I force it to ADSL2 or 2 Plus
Connection Status Disconnected
Us Rate (Kbps) 0
Ds Rate (Kbps) 0
US Margin 28
DS Margin 7
Trained Modulation Not Trained
LOS Errors 0
DS Line Attenuation 38
US Line Attenuation 21
Peak Cell Rate 0 cells per sec

The only difference I can see is that though I'm getting ADSL signals down the wire, no-one is listening at the other end now. I guess my old ISP have stopped listening.

Sky will do nothing except get tech support Tier 3 to call me in 2 to 5 days.
BT Wholesale will only tell me what the web site says.

Has anyone got any ideas of how to get something done about this?
