      Abysmal broadband speeds

      I've been trying to sort this problem for a few weeks now with no joy. My broadband download speed was never great (1.5 mbps) but now it's down to around 0.5 mbps.

      I've tried eerything from changing the channel the router broadcasts on, connecting the router to the test socket with no other telephony devices connected, changing the router, changing the filters, changing the cables and re-installing to device driver for my wireless card.

      I know someone who had a similar problem on a different exchange and cured it by moving away from Sky. Is this now my only option (I like the calls package I get so have been loathe to do this).

      Here are my router stats

      It looks like you have a very long telephone line. However at the same time it could be that something is connected to the telephone line which has not been correctly filtered.

      Could you plug just the microfilter and router into the Test Socket and post the stats from there please?
