      Tier 3 Direct Number

      Sorry to get you excited - I dont have it! BUT I thought that I would put this here in case anyone else does. I read a thread on a different site and the guy talks about calling Tier 3 directly after 1 week of going through normal support so someone from Tier 3 must be giving out the number!

      I have tried to get to them now for 2 days and they are never available and I keep having to go over the same crap with line 1 support...

      Chances are as overloaded as they seem to be, they would insist you await your call back, with limited resources if they are working through outstanding issues in by for example, wait time and having a potential solution. If they are doing this then allowing people to call them pushes those who would have been resolved next further down the line.

      Last update i had was tier 3 no longer take incoming calls
      except sky staff
      who just log it and say they will call you back
      (but they never ring you back) how strange
