      Escuse me,Did I read you right??? You are talking b***ocks! I'm in Tier 2 & daily I get at LEAST 3 calls from the Phillapines trying to transfer a call & in 99.9% of the cases they ;
      A-havent raised a fault ticket
      B-dont known how how to raise a ticket
      C-cant be bothered
      D-cant follow KMS
      E- all of the above*
      I had one customer who had no internet for 3 weeks;turns out it was her extension was the problem but the previous PHILLAPINES agent's did'nt sort this!!!(& this was when the only support centre was Belfast & the philapinnes ath the time!)
