      Angry STANECASTLE EXCHANGE - Resolution Date Mid February.......

      Yet it's still affected.

      Seriously at the end of my tether with the service now; it's been two months since issues with my internet started.
      During the day everything is fine, low ping, no lag when gaming, good download speed and video streaming quality.
      At evening times, more specifically 7ish to midnight, high ping, impossible to play any sort of game online.

      It's just not good enough. Does anyone know when Sky plans to resolve this issue?
      I'm hesitant to change providers since I've been with Sky for a long time, but I can only really game at night and it's impossible 4/5 weekdays and certainly impossible on weekends to do that with these problems.

      No one here will be able to answer that. You may get a reply on the Official Sky forum, but unless one of the Coordinators takes up your case, its unlikely.
