I wanted to go with fibre as 3mb was not enough.

I did try Sky fibre last year but the install never happened as sky blamed BTO/system issues. They now wnated to charge an installation fee plus they could never give a reason for the **** up so TBH did not have any trust in them delivering again. I also tried BT Infinity but again they screwed it up

I therefore waited until Plusnet launched an unlimited package and now they have it was time to jump ship. Faster (80/20 v 40/10) and cheaper (slightly) than sky plus i had a really good experience of plusnet in the early days of 1mb adsl

I was promised 54 down and 17 up
.............and you are only getting 16.97! You should complain bitterly.

With their pricing Sky are going to loose many more like you if they don't reduce the cost.

      This is very true.

Provided that PlusNet & BT have finally stopped slowing people down in the evenings, with both their 'up to' 80mb products costing under 20 and the line rentals being a good price too, Sky will lose many more customers.

Agreed. If there's no news of a fibre product/price revamp at BSkyB's Q3 results announcement on 2 May, I'll be considering it myself. My 12 months anniversary on Sky Fibre is just weeks away...

      Its Been Fun

Out of interest, did they slow down all web traffic or just torrents etc.?
