How do I cancel my cancellation!
I was in the process of cancelling my account, as I should have been activated at the begining of September, but after a lot of phone calls, found out this would more likeley be the end of october (and bt had cancelled my old isp).
After getting a fault fixed on my phone line i have now been activated on Sky as well.
So does anyone know how I cancel the pending cancellation of my line. As so far the download speeds are fine, and I dont want to go through this all again with another ISP.

Please do check with SKy, but to my knowledge if they have started the cancelation, it has to go through and be re-ordered. This is certainly what other members have been told in similar circumstances, but maybe it can be gotten around definately worth talking to Sky customer services.

I phoned sky this afternoon and someone in the ordering team, said it was only something that the provisoining team could do and they all go home at 6.
The one thing I was wondering is set up expectng to cancel the order, I wondered what btw will do if the service is active. Will they reject the request?
