      slowing speeds

I get 15 Mbps down and 1.12 up with 35 ms ping. I have these devices on all the time
      IPhone
      Kindle
      Nexus 7 tablet
      Laptop
      Laptop
      Xbox 360
      Android phone
My issue is HD video doesn't buffer and after 6 or so peak time hits me and I got to about 6-10 but sky say they won't slow you at peak time.
Is it the amount of devices I have.

The more devices you have connected the more the bandwidth has to be split up, so the less speed you will get. This applies especially to anything downloading torrents as it can suck the life out of a connection. If you are not using a particular device, there is no point in having it on.
