      Serious problems on line!

For a few weeks now my connection as been constantly dropping like so many others have posted and I restored the firmware like suggested on the sky forum and I haven't had a drop since yesterday. But even since before restoring my firmware my speed has dropped significantly. I was getting 11MBps before and a speed test of around 9.9MBps but now it's around 6MBps and the stats aren't looking good eother. Also within the last 10 days I had DLM activated and now it has activated again!

Here are stats plugged in normally.

      ROUTER STATISTICS

And here they are plugged into the test socket.

      Re: Serious problems on line!

Its a bit strange that you did not resync when you plugged into the test socket. Try switching the power off for a couple of minutes then back on again. This should ensure you resync and maybe get a better speed.

There is a good chance with all the disconnections DLM has reduced your sync speed. If so you will have to call Sky to get your line reconfigured 12-13 Mb should be possible if DLM training is rerun, but they should manage about 10Mb manually.
