      Well we are all routing for you now mate....

      When I'm back at work tomorrow I'll PM you the direct e-mail address of the person in customer relations who helped me out more than anybody, she liaised with T3 as best she could & arranged all credits etc. etc.

      So two people in Psycho and NewsreadeR who have both had long and ongoing problems both finally get connected on the same day, I wonder what the odds on that happening were.

      I knew they'd fix it as soon as I left.

      I'm on a monthly contract so I should be able to try joining again one day. But not for a while, there's too much happening in my life at the moment (See image) to risk it again.

      you mentioned them grouping jobs together at the exchange...

      Well I'm due to get broadband on the 15th and I'm connected now. Maybe if I was in last night I would have found it had been connected yesterday.

      I ended up just upgrading the Fast4 Dial up to ADSL.

      More expensive than sky (15 a month), slower than sky (8Mb) but set up in just 3 days.

      Apparently according to my account info page, I can only use it for 168 hours a week. I've done the maths so that doesn't worry me too much.

      It kind of reminded me of the NTL T&Cs they said you can't use it more than 24 hours in a day.

      But what about when the clocks go back?????
