Sky Hub needs rebooting more than my old Sagem Router

Since getting my Sky Hub around 4 months ago, I have needed to reboot it around 6 times in order to give me a connection to the internet again.

Prior to this I had the Sagem N type router (can't remember the model number) and that never once needed a reboot.

Is the Sky Hub more prone to needing rebooted than the older routers?

Do you think that my Sky Hub has an intermittent fault, and in that case would I be able to get a new Sky Hub off of Sky as its less than 12 months old?

Re: Sky Hub needs rebooting more than my old Sagem Router

      Just to update on this.

I emailed Sky and explained pretty much all of the above. I received an email questionnaire back from them asking about filters, was my router connected to the BT Master Socket etc.
After I had filled in the questionnaire, I received an email back saying that in light of the answers I had provided, they would send me out a new Sky Hub.

I've had the new Sky Hub connected for a while now and I have not had the fault that the old Sky Hub had. Currently I've got an uptime in excess of 300 hours. So it appears that my old Sky Hub must have had some issue because it wouldn't hold a connection for this long.
