There has been a couple of reported incidents in regards to the Sky Hub halving downstream speeds but not upstream speed, could be the same problem. No work around has been found though mind you.

I would probably post a set of stats from each router so we can see the difference if poss?

Judging by the attenuation the speeds ain't too bad and dlm may improve slightly

Here are the stats with the old router plugged back in:

      55.5 dB 35.8 dB
      7.1 dB 10.10 dB

**The above 7.1dB noise margin was dropping as low as 5.8dB. On the old router is doesn't move from 7dB. Also, it gets the extra upload speed.

I think I might send the router back for a refund and just stick with the old one. Maybe get the Hub again once fibre is available. Hopefully it won't be an issue with fibre since it's the openzone router that connects to the fibre network and also since it's connecting to the cabinet rather than the exchange via copper, the stats will be much better anyway.

Once again, thanks for the help!
