No Nick it's not all bad. When I read some of the comments I was like.....uh oh.But believe me m8 some have had problems admittedly but there's alot of us who have done ok.And when you're up and running you'll be well happy!I've been activated for 11 days now and only had one short period of out time, which I put down to early and excessive demand on the servers. Keep the faith m8.

For every person that has a problem there is likely to be one that hasn't. I know of someone that had no problems whatsoever with either their order, activation or their current connection, so it is not all doom and gloom.

Oh and I think you mean "by the 20th of October"

      Hey Nick,

Although, I had problems with SKYBB, I will try again next year.

As you know, It's very good value for money,
& once SKYBB's Customer services has stabalised from the overwhelming demand, I am sure it will get much better.

I went back to my old ISP (Pipex) who I've been with for over 4 yrs, & I had many problems with Pipex customer service last week.
Not forgetting, Pipex is already an establish ISP for a good number of years...

Hope it goes well for you Nick... You'll soon be Saving Money & Surfing Faster!
