      Sorry, i have 3 green lights on the router. Power, @ icon, and wireless icon.

      When trying that it says:

      Ping 212.58.246.93 (212.58.246.93): 56 data bytes

      4 packets transmitted, 0 packets recieved, 100 percent packet loss

      If you have a device plugged in you should also have a lit port light, but as you are getting 100% packet loss from the router, that does not matter. It looks like you will have to call Sky and jump through their hoops, but the chances are the router has died or has been blocked in some way.

      It's worth telling Sky all the things you've been asked to do by Tom. Might save you going through the "turn it off, then on again" steps. Get them to do a line test and see if it highlights anything.

      I don't know the technicalities of routers, but it looks like your router is transmitting packets/bytes, but receiving almost nothing.

      I should have mentioned it previously, but your connection speed is also very low, you should be connecting at nearly twice the speed you are. It would not stop you connecting but it suggests there may be a problem with your line. Try plugging into your Test socket and see if there is an improvement in your stats. A rise in the noise margin and or speed is what you are looking for.
