There is more in the wind about the Sky Hub SR101, but I don't know what it is and if it would be worth the extra money people may have to pay from next year.

Maybe self-fit gigabit LAN ports or 300Mbps wireless?!

We cannot currently offer you any Talk or Broadband products. This may be because these products are not available in your area or because you have made changes to your Sky Broadband or Talk products within the last 30 days

So now they are going to confuse things by referring to all their routers as a 'Sky Hub'

Re: Need HELP PRETTY PRETTY PLEASE :/

From my experinece with router replacement they send a like for like, not a new unit to replace an old unit, so no the Sky Hub to replace the Sagem. Chances are that they excess stop left over of the Sagem and are using them for replacements. Again, as I've said, this is my experience with replacements of any kind really. As Isitme suggested though, give them a friendly call. You could also lie and say that you have tried the new replacement Sagem and it is the same, and that you would like to see if the new Sky Hub fixes the issue, you have tried the replacement though right?

They won't know the difference between the two as their system still says that I'm using the DG834GT whereas I'm using the DG934G instead.
