Sky broadband became active 28/9/06, to-date i have found the service poor,
Constantly having problems with logging on to sky or any other site. regards email i have set up outlook express, however i have to manually reset the server details everytime i turn on my computer. I have had to drop my wireless connection and use the ethernet connection, i also find that each day i have to reset the router Regards contacting sky they seem to make it very difficult. I joined skybroadband because of the size of the company and the cost of their package, surely this situation must change it reminds of the early days pre-Freeserve with dial up connections. I read in the papers today that Talk Talk has bought AWOL.
Ps i have sent two emails to Skybroadband todate they have not responded.
