    Router connected but the connection doesn't work

      I got my Sky hub today and had the exact same problem. I also have a log the same as Kymru. I think i might have a clue to the issue, but can't confirm it.
      Take a look at the date and time. Everytime the box cycles, the date and time go back to Jan 1 1970 00:00. once it boots up and connects, it collects the correct date and time, then cycles again.
      I have it powered up at the moment with no cables connected and i've been through every menu i can find to set the date... but nothing.
      Could this be the issue and how can i fix it?
      BTW, i did call the helpdesk and told them this too, they are just going to replace it. But now i want to find the answer.

      I think you will find that all routers revert to an older date when they a rebooted. There is no way to set the time, the router obtains its time from the internet. If it is rebooting itself after a time change then there is a fault with it and it should be replaced. Lets hope you have better luck with the next one.
