sky connect, age to load web pages?

Im on connect and my connection drops to about 200-500 in peak times. going faster tonight hto. The thing i cant understand is i download at a reasonable rate and play on xbox live with no lag issues. It then comes to loading web pages and it takes an age. Why would it be downloading ok and take an age to load web pages i dont get it?

      Jsut tested

Download Speed: 650 kbps (81.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 364 kbps (45.5 KB/sec transfer rate)

Although like a yo-yo i am getting pretty good speeds tonight for some reason.

I noticed that last Friday evening my speed wasn't to bad at all and wasn't as slow as what is was on the other days, perhaps because it is a Friday just before the weekend. It will be interested to see what speeds I get tonight.
