    Can't get a connection

      Can't get a connection

      First time poster, so Hi

      Basically after cutting power to my sagem router 4 days ago, it fails to reboot. The only LED that is on is '@'. I've tried removing the power supply, and also holding the reset button for upto 30 seconds but it makes absolutely no difference. Starting to really bug me. It has done it a few times in the past but has always restarted after few hours, but this time nothing. Not sure what router it is but I've had it good couple of years.

      Thought would try here before ringing sky.

      sound like PSU issue (power supply) , leave it completely unplugged from power for approx 1 hour ,if have any other sagem psu would try them if they match if not would call tech support they can send new psu

      Could be the PSU possibly, your best bet is to ring Sky especially if it has been off for that long.

      Called sky, they are sending me out a PSU to try.
