      I'm not convinced that even if Sky are no longer counting Anytime+ as part of your cap that the streaming element will be any better during peak periods. John Lewis BB unlimited @ 18 per month plus the first 6 months for free seems one of the better deals.

      That's true. It does not matter what service you use, you are always going to be effected by exchange congestion at peak times on ADSLMax. I am not sure about exchanges which are enabled for ADSL2+, they may be OK.
