Sky LLU - line has to be activated before broadband order can commence?!

Thanks - I think I'll send an email as I'm getting nowhere with CS. Different info every time.

I'm stuck in the nightmare scenario of Sky having taken over the line, despite me explicitly telling them not to (as apparently I can't get LLU due to capacity issues). Now I've lost my O2 Broadband legacy package, though it's still working at the moment.

I did double-check with SamKnows and I can get both FTTC and Sky/Easynet LLU so I don't know what the problem is. Ideally I'd like Sky Fibre.

If the migration to Sky BB does not go through, then you should be fine re o2 - They will only cancel it once the migration has happened. Just because you have asked for a MAC does not mean they will automatically cancel.

im amazed someone with BTI outside thier house is even bothering with sky unlimited. Shame it's not sky fibre
