Not really you can try and register over the phone but they may ask for your band number but well worth a try as long as you don't mind waiting on the phone.

I did get a Band number a while back but that was before my exchange was enabled. Will this band number be for the 'connect' package? or will it be for any of the packages?

It may refer to the package you registered back then but then again I was asked what package so I don't think it matters.

      It depends on ISP.
If its a LLU ISP then you'll have to cancel current one, If not then yes you will need a MAC code.

      does the online registration work?

      Hi there!!

I signed up today on the forum after going through the posts here. I must say this is a lovely initiative.

I guess I have the same story as many of you ...but am wondering if there are any other tips that I may have missed somewhere.

I have registered my 'interest' in SKYBB atleast 5 times in the last two months 4 of which were from their website..the website confirms that I can have SKYBB in my area and I have verified that my exchange is enabled for ADSL (http://samkows) ....mine is Walsgrave-on-Sowe exchange in Coventry.

....recieved nothing but a sweet mail stating that they are still in the process of rolling their network and will contact soon.

Called up online on their 0870 no to confirm if they have recieved my registration....they had absolutely no idea and she got me re-registered again and have been asked to wait for a week for a postal response.

looks like their website does not work or no one pays attention to the registrations done from there.....

any ideas how i could get the ball rolling faster? got a BT line reactivated recently with a new no. and don't have BB at present.
