Line Still Training?

Although I'm shortly about to move my broadband from Sky, I don't understand why "My Sky" is still showing that I'm in 10 days of "training". (started 1/7/12).

How come it's not dropping out of this state? (stats below for reference)

The web site is often 2 or 3 days behind the 'real world'. If you were staying I would advise you to call Sky and ask for a manual configuration as it looks like your line could give a bit more. As you are leaving it will not matter.
