      A very abnormal SNR right? I have changed microfilters and cables and still the same.

      Could this be anything to do with LLU customers having their speeds boosted? Should I ring CST and ask them to reconfigure my line? As I should be having a higher sync speed surely? Which number should I ring?

      Many thanks!

      It looks like you are on a test speed so it is possible there has been a fault on your line which has been cleared, but the speed has not returned as it should. First try rebooting the router. If that does not bring the speed back up you will have to call Sky and ask them to configure your line.

      Thanks, I will have to give them a call I think. I have tried resetting my router, and no luck.

      What is the CS number?

      Thanks.

      Just gave them a call, and apparently my line is placed on profile for next 5 days. And should reach it's maximum potential after these 5 days.

      Is this normal?

      Re: Extremely high SNR! Help!

      I suppose they mean they have started DLM, but usually they quote 10 days.

      There is a strange anomally I notice in your stats. All the errors occur in one 15 min period, normally these would be spread out over the full uptime.
      15 minutes interval [-30 min to -15 min] time = 15 min 0 sec
      SF = 50798
      CRC = 446
      LOS = 1
      LOF = 9
      ES = 1
      It looks like something was causing a lot of interference during this period and then cleared itself. Let's hope that it does not return.

      So it looks like my SNR has been reduced....

      But my sync speeds have taken a MASSIVE hit. Also says I'm on FAST channel? Surely this is not good for my line?

      It's a bug in the p1 netgear, you won't be on fastpath.

      DLM is setting you on a pretty conservative profile due to those CRCs -

      Code:
      INP: 2.34 2.76
      delay: 15.65 15.22
      Got another router that you could try?

      I have an old DG834G, but would extracting the password on my current router be difficult or void any agreement etc.?

      I just don't get why Sky don't put me on what I was previously on. Which was a healthy 4-5Mb speed. Then when all this DLM kicks in, it's nothing but bad news... Sigh.

      Re: Extremely high SNR! Help!

      Once again your stats are showing a very bad result for the -30 period.
      15 minutes interval [-30 min to -15 min] time = 15 min 0 sec
      SF = 55720
      CRC = 3490
      LOS = 0
      LOF = 0
      ES = 796
      This is an error rate of about 16% for CRC errors and 85% for errored seconds. This is way beyond an acceptable error rate. I don't know if this is due to the way the line has been configured or a faulty line or router. You could try the other router to see if it makes any difference. There is nothing to worry about using a non Sky router, thousands do it.

      Get your router details here-
