MER Connection
Have sky changed from using MER or stopped using it as I noticed that my F@ST 2540N was connected by MER but now all of a sudden it is connecting by PPPoA

Several members have reported this, it could be Sky have given up on using MER on ADSL lines and only use it on Fibre

Same thing happened to me a few months ago. Had a re-sync and have been on PPPoA ever since.

I'm now on PPoA rather than MER , which I had been on for a long time
