      Unhappy Sky BB portal

I've had the same problem for over a week (and I have no 1/l or 0/O s in my password). Tech support / customer service keep referring to system upgrades / problems etc and say just keep trying. Fortunately I'm told the only useful thing is access to mail and I don't use the Sky mail address otherwise I'd be a lot angrier. You can still access your mail via Outlook Express setting up a new account in OE using the user name and password supplied by SKY and giving the incoming server name as POP.SKY.COM and the outgoing server name as FMTP.SKY.COM
