This is the forum that you need to go to Sky Help Forum - Sky Broadband Speed - Help & Support from the Official Sky Forum , be aware that it can take a while for a Sky rep to answer and at first they will go through all of the basics like testing your router with it connected directly to the test socket.

The master socket looks like this:

Are you using any telephone extension cables and do you have ADSL filters in the correct places?

Your low noise margin suggests that there is a noise/interference issue but weather its internal or external is another matter. Just be sure to connected the router directly to the master telephone socket and not to use any long phone extension cables (ideally use the one that came with the router, but I know that is not always practical).

Have a look at this Sky help page Sky Broadband | Broadband speeds: slow connection for more information.

However, I think that its mostly down to your long phone line.

Sky Fibre "Unlimited" at peak time.

Yes I'm using the original cable with no extensions, and plugged into the master socket.
      Many thanks for your help!

Re: Upgraded To Unlimited But Slower Speeds!

Can you plug into the Test socket if you have one and post your stats from there? This will rule out internal interference. You are looking for a rise in the noise margin, your speed will probably remain the same.
How to test your ADSL in the Master Test Socket - Sky User - The unofficial support forum for everything Sky!

If you don't have a test socket, remove everything you have plugged into the phone, except the router and take your stats.
