      Slow speed help!

      Hi, I have recently moved from Sky Connect to Unlimited,
      We were activated on the Wednesday (20th) and was suppose to be starting out at around 4mb however 3 days later I am still only getting around 2.6mb
      The speed sky quoted was 9.6Mbps - 16.4Mbps
      I know it gradually increases but should it really be this low after 3 days?

      With those stats you are not going to get 9-16Mb, 6-7 Mb would be good. Can you plug into your Test socketa nd post the stats from there, use only the ADSL cable supplied by Sky.

      The speed has increased but at the expense of a lot of noise margin. Let it train for a few days and see how it goes. As things stand you are not going to get any more.
