Could I get more upload speed on my connection?

New to this forum but wondered about my connection.
      My Current stats are:

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 8190 kbps 796 kbps
Line Attenuation 42.5 db 21.5 db
Noise Margin 7.2 db 11.0 db

So could my upload speed be increased?

      Thanks for any help.

You may get a bit more if you call Sky.
