Unhappy Need help connecting laptop to Sky router!

Ok so I have a SKY router I thinks its netgear 2640s or something like that and I can connect to it with my PC through the wired network but on my laptop it doesn't connect wireless. I changed the network key now it doesn't give me an option to put in the new network key I tried switching network button off then on, on my laptop. I also resetted my router but to no avail I really need help.EDIT: First it was all fine but then my Xbox was saying the NAT was strict so I resetted it by pressing that button on the back with a pin and after that the laptop was working but on the next day (today) it's just stopped working.

Do you mean you reset the router? If so it will have reverted to the default wireless key.

You should be able to change the key on your laptop by clicking the wireless icon in the tray and selecting the monitor entry. You should then be able to 'Search for wireless networks'.

If your router is a 2640s, then it is a DLink, the Netgears are either DG834GT or DG934.
