      Sonos Question with router

I am looking to get a Sonos speaker with the bridge for wireless connectivity but I want to have a NAS drive to keep my music on and was wondering how I can connect one to my router does it just plug into one of the 4 ports on the back?

      Re: Sonos Question with router

I have a complete Sonos set-up. The beauty of the whole system is that it's so simple to put together.
I assume that you already know that the speaker doesn't need to be hard-wired via ethernet (although it can if you need it to be).
The bridge connects to your router as per normal.
I've also got a NAS drive. You have two options - either plug it into any of your ports on your router, or as the bridge also acts as a switch (ie, it has two ethernet sockets) you could plug your NAS into that.

Thanks yes I know the speaker is wireless with the bridge and I will get that as part of the pack, thanks for the help with the NAS drive I have my iTunes on a basic external hard drive at the moment I'm sure it will be easy enough to transfer to the new NAS HDD.
