Thumbs down it all started off so well, then went down hill quickly

Well it all started off so well, my BBAND code turned up in the 14 days quoted, the router turned up with in 5 days as quoted, my connection to skys BB on the date quoted, didt happen :-(

so I phoned sky cust srv and was told my mac code had been submitted in lowercase & not uppercase and was rejected by BT so they would re submit the order with the mac code in uppercase...

after a chat with BT wholesale ( I work for an ISP ) I was told that there was no orders against my telephone number.

so the next day I was back on the phone to sky again again I was told the mac code had been entered in lowercase and the order would have to be resubmitted to bt, at this point I told the person on the phone I worked for an ISP and I was able to check the order with BT, now to give credit where credit is due the lady I talked to said she would ensure that the order was place & check the order status later that day.

5 minutes later the phone rang and I was told by the sky rep that there was no room left on the exchange & at this point they could only connect me to the sky connect package...

so my order is now cancelled.........

      @ copex

I was in the same boat as you..!!!

      It's really fustrating isn't it...

They didn't even call me to let me know my line been rejected.
one guy from SKY BB CS's gave me the reason that i need to cut my line with pipex first.
      I didn't beleive that...

At least like me, you should have a clean escape from SKYBB,
I'm back with pipex for a better deal than previous..
