sorry if this is a repeat - i know there was an issue logging in to the site, and I could not - until today

I actually managed to get logged in really quickly to the Sky Portal earlier

can I ask how you received your password please? did it come in a letter (we only got the username)? did you hack into your router? did you ring sky? we have tried the 'forgotten password' option on the mysky page but just get 'Your request could not be processed' . thanks for your help, regards, Chris

I set up a password with the lady from Sky when I was on the phone giving her my band number. However even though this password came through in the letter it would not work for me and somebody on here suggested using the password I set up with originally signing up for the skybybroandband service, and this one worked.

for me it was my sky.com login

thanks Alan, I guess we just have to wait until the password thing is sorted. we only need it to set up our smtp connection for MS Outlook anyway. regards, Chris
