      Re: MER on Netgear Routers

Thought id mention that I've managed to get my Netgear DGN2200 working on my MER connection but unfortunately when rebooting the connection is lost. This is because all the sky IPs change and the only way to get Sky working with the Netgear was to statically set the IPs. It was amazing to see that when using the Sky Router i was getting 3774 connection speed but when using the Netgear i was getting 4077.

      Thanks
      Jamie

Can you tell me how you managed this and how you are able to get the IP address again after the reboot.

      Re: MER on Netgear Routers

As it did not concern the Sky router firmware the thread was moved to the Technical section, you will find it here -
      Netgear (Non SKY) and MER

I will edit the given link.

It has always been the policy of the Forum to keep Non Sky router subjects out of the main form and in the Technical section. Unfortunately the original post was missed.
