Exchange problems? Is Easynet's planned maintenance related.

Does anyone know if Easynet's planned maintenance,

      http://www.easynet.net/support/statu...&maintenance=1

Is prehaps related to fixing the exchange problems, for those of of us with long term non-activation issues. Sept 5th > ??

I kinda hope not, because the planned upgrade of my exchange (High Wycombe) was cancelled. And no mention yet of another date.

I missed a call from what I think was the new fangled department for long term problems on Wed 4th, Easynet's upgrade was for the Thus 5th, which was the day I phoned Sky.

After getting in touch with provisioning, who told me Oct 11th for a new activation day, the first I had recieved since the original, l checked BT's order tracker which shows 2 orders.

      07 Sep 2006 CHANGE 07 Sep 2006 07 Sep 2006
      25 Aug 2006 CHANGE 06 Oct 2006 06 Oct 2006

The one for 7th September was a delay from the original activation date (5th).

However the item in that order was.

      Description Item Quantity Cost Rental
      PROVIDE EBILL CUSTOMER 1 0.0 0.0

Should the second order fill my heart with dread, or are the above Easynet dates pure coincidence.

      Order reference
      Placed 25 Aug 2006
      Description CHANGE
      Appointment No date yet
      Date due 11 Oct 2006
      Status Order cancelled
      Last update 06 Oct 2006
Latest update Your order has been cancelled.

This order is for a provide LLU LINE SHARE PSTN.

If anybody can shed light on any relationship of the aforementioned upgrades, and or Skys relationship with Easynet (apart from ownership) it would help too put my mind at ease.

Oh dear...I'm on the High Wycombe Exchange also, waiting since 7th September (in itself a delayed activation date). My BT line checker also shows that the provide for LLU Line Share PSTN has been cancelled. This was an update to the existing order and was updated on 6th October.

Anyone with an idea of where we stand with this? I can't get through to BT Wholesale to speak to them and Sky are worse than useless. Is there a number to speak to Easynet?
