      Voice can still work OK but broadband is severely affected.
      That's vice-versa, the broadband will work(poorly) on one wire but voice will not.

      I think the work going on has disturbed a joint, getting Sky to send out a broadband engineer is the only cure. If they send a phone engineer, he will probably say it is OK.
