      Could Sky improve my speeds?

      Hi guys, I'm looking to get the best upload speed possible for my connection, or any general increase would be awesome. Could sky do anything with these figures?

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
      Connection Speed 12043 kbps 798 kbps
      Line Attenuation 23.5 dB 14.5 dB
      Noise Margin 8.0 dB 16.4 dB

      Just say you want your upstream speed increased, they should put you to someone who can reset the profile

      Your downstream is way down on what is possible. A sync closer to 18meg should be achievable with that attenuation.

      i agree try and get hold of a d-link router sky supply coz they have a sync much higher than the sagem ones.
